2019-05-21treewide: Add SPDX license identifier for more missed filesThomas Gleixner1-0/+1
Add SPDX license identifiers to all files which: - Have no license information of any form - Have MODULE_LICENCE("GPL*") inside which was used in the initial scan/conversion to ignore the file These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX license identifier is: GPL-2.0-only Signed-off-by: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
2017-01-11video: fbdev: matroxfb: use designated initializersKees Cook1-1/+4
Prepare to mark sensitive kernel structures for randomization by making sure they're using designated initializers. These were identified during allyesconfig builds of x86, arm, and arm64, with most initializer fixes extracted from grsecurity. 2016-09-27matroxfb: fix size of memcpySudip Mukherjee1-1/+1
hw->DACreg has a size of 80 bytes and MGADACbpp32 has 21. So when memcpy copies MGADACbpp32 to hw->DACreg it copies 80 bytes but only 21 bytes are valid. Signed-off-by: Sudip Mukherjee <sudip.mukherjee@codethink.co.uk> Signed-off-by: Tomi Valkeinen <tomi.valkeinen@ti.com>
2014-04-17video: move fbdev to drivers/video/fbdevTomi Valkeinen1-0/+745
The drivers/video directory is a mess. It contains generic video related files, directories for backlight, console, linux logo, lots of fbdev device drivers, fbdev framework files. Make some order into the chaos by creating drivers/video/fbdev directory, and move all fbdev related files there. No functionality is changed, although I guess it is possible that some subtle Makefile build order related issue could be created by this patch.
